She is deeply committed to fostering accessible and inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals. She leverages her expertise in learning and child development, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), special education, advocacy, and mental health to distill complex data into easily digestible information for parents, educators, and employers who want to advance the mission of creating inclusive content, programs, and strategies to make the world accessible to all.
Through her company, Amanda Morin Consulting, she provides guidance and support to organizations striving to build knowledge about mental health, neurodiversity, and disability, and to create accessible, empathetic spaces for employees, develop effective solutions, and elevate team output.

Talli Dolge is a National Strategic and Executive Consultant specializing in mental health and wellness initiatives, leadership coaching, giving, and programming. She is a vocal advocate and national speaker on mental health, resilience, trauma, and building mentally healthy communities. Dolge has been a prominent voice in the media, serving as a mental health contributor for KSAT-12 and sharing her expertise through various interviews and town halls.
She is the Founder and CEO of Mindful Workplace LLC, where she specializes in developing new strategies and initiatives surrounding mental health and wellness for national foundations, organizations, and corporations.
